Our goal is to design and develop our mobile app so that it can be accessed by everyone, regardless of their abilities. Where possible, we use all the native accessibility features of iOS and Android and consider the challenging situations people find themselves in daily to enter information.

We recognize that there may be limitations, design choices, and situations that we have not considered. If, for some reason, we have fallen short of our goal or you have a suggestion on how to improve our app, please let us know at support@formahealth.io, and we will share it with our team.
